Our New House!!!

So, this is our new house in Spokane. As of today, Sunday the 27th, this is our house. If I say it a few more times I might start to believe it.

Now, you might want more details from me, but I'll let you in on a secret...You're seeing this house as closely as we have, but we own it! Yes, we have purchased a home without seeing it! Are we crazy?? Last week in Spokane we scoured the hill and looked at everything available but didn't find a home that fit the bill. So I took to scouring the MLS daily and came upon this new listing on Thursday. It looked great, but everyone knows that pictures can be deceiving. By Friday we had discussed it with out realtor, by Saturday she had gone through with Dennis' cousin and the home had been secondly approved by Steve and Kathryn. Saturday night we made an offer, Sunday we signed final papers. What a ride!!

I can now tell you a little more about our moving timeframe. We close on the house on June 29th which means we will be moving right around that time. Yay!! We plan on celebrating the 4th of July in Spokane and anyone reading this is invited!! Come join us--we have the space!!
