We have liftoff...

So, after yet another trip to Spokane (this time to actually take a look at our house) we have a timeframe for when we'll be moving. We will be loading up on June 22nd and moving in on June 27th. Crazy!!

We like our house and have decided to keep it and feel very fortunate to have had things work out so well. We went to our new ward once and found out that Dale and Nanci Fredrickson (formerly Nanci Flynn) are in our ward. We talked like we were old friends and it just felt like home that they knew the same people I know. (Like the Eskelsens, the Hiltons, etc...) I was one of 6 new girls in Relief Society...so there are plenty of people looking for friends.

While we were up there we signed Jackson up for kindergarten! My baby's all grown up!! Speaking of which, we wound up spending my birthday in Seattle and I guess I'm all grown up, too. 30!! It can't be true. I got a haircut while in Seattle and Annette swore she would have put me at 25. Right. I can pretend. I'm not sure that I can get away with hanging out with the grad students anymore. We're in our 30s and have kids...we'll see.

Anyway....that is our news for now. We look forward to being moved in and things settling down soon!
