A new post...
So, it seems I get a lot of grief when I don't post often enough. The problem is, our lives are extraordinarily dull and I don't have much to post.

I will share a Christmas story that made me smile. Taryn requested a "rocking rocking pony" from Santa. Not really knowing what that was, we hoped for the best. Santa wound up bringing Taryn a stick horse. It's a cute, white unicorn head on a purple stick with a silver bridle and lots of hair. If you push its ear it makes clip clop noises and whinnies. Anyway, when Taryn came out Christmas morning and saw the pony, she just started screaming. "MY ROCKING ROCKING PONY!!" over and over. Needless to say, Santa got it right. It was one of those moments that makes the stress of Christmas worth it.

We have enjoyed the snow we've had for the last couple of days, but it's a really dry snow that doesn't pack well. Jackson is disappointed because he's tried to make a snow castle with his beach toys and it just doesn't work.

Honestly, I'm grasping at straws here. If you want to hear about what's really going on, you can call me at home. I don't want to blog about it. =)
