Now it's gone...gone...gone....

On Friday we finally, officially, sold our house in Eugene. Though we are incredibly relieved to be done with the whole thing, it's very sad. We loved our little house and it was very good to us. And we sold our nice house to a JERK. I know, in this kind of market you can't complain, but it just seems sad to me. On a brighter note, we are enjoying our house in Spokane and had our first dinner party yesterday. We had signed up to feed the missionaries, but they never called to confirm or to get our address so we invited a family in the ward over. They showed up as did the missionaries at the appointed hour. I have to say, the elders got their just rewards for not confirming. It was complete CHAOS! There were 5 kids under the age of 5 and for some reason all three of the little girls had meltdowns all night! We literally spent 20 minutes trying to tell a 2 minute story but were interrupted so many times with screaming and tears. It was so ridiculous that all we could do was laugh!
