Jackson's Preschool Graduation--June 2007

Who knew that they started holding graduation ceremonies for preschoolers?? He had a cap with a tassel and everything! Since our move was going to interfere with his graduation, he had his own private ceremony.

Instead of being excited, he cried when I showed up to take pictures and was embarrassed to stand in front of the whole class. To be fair, he must be my child because I started tearing up as soon as I entered his classroom. We were just a few weeks away from moving and even though he didn't really understand the impact it would have, I did. That was one of my hardest goodbyes in Eugene. Pathetic?? Maybe.

This was our first of many goodbyes since it was Jackson's last day of school. I can use that as an excuse for my extreme emotional state. These were quality women who loved those kids.
